It has been extremely long in coming, But I hadn't realized how much hard work it would be, it has taken me this long since I've photographed the last Jazzy Rose clothing range, But I promise you its really worth it!! :D I know i am a procrastinator

LOL,

Constantly saying new range will be released but kept getting it put forward due to hitting a wall, trying to cope with two young children on my own, living in a mould infected house (yuk! I moved out in hurry!!)

I have to say... for the single mums out there, you should give yourself a HUGE PAT ON THE BACK!!! it takes a very very strong woman to struggle along!

I'm amazed!!!

I am thankful that I have moved out of my mould infected house back to where I was where I get more help with my very over active kids! and getting back to enjoying sewing again!!!

Anyway.....

So.... I'm announcing that our BRAND NEW WEBSITE will be opened on the 10/10/10!!!!!!!!!

I am SO excited I cannot wait!!! I have been busily making many clothing very differently than you are used to seeing,

A new project!

I've been working on some new projects for a little while now and I am super super excited!!!! It will be quite a while before all will be revealed, and I'm very hush-hush! No one knows whats happening except for my designer, SOOOOO excited! Did I tell you HOW EXCITED I AM? I am just so happy to finally slowly getting my motivation back, it has been quite flat for a while :( living in a 1 bedroom flat with 2 kids tends to scramble up some emotions :( Plus I've been having issues with the flat.... MOULDS!!!!!! omg.. its everywhere!!! :( and one bad lucks after other! The most recent is... my poor darling princess broke her collarbone! :( my poor baby! but she been quite a trooper, so proud of her.... not so proud of her milking for new toys for all her worth! LOL

Anyway! That aside :)

I have been sewing up a storm with lots lots lots lots lots BRIGHT COLOURS!!!! and I recently taken up knitting again, well.. attempting to knit :) I tried crocheting first...... failed.... mega FAIL! I just couldnt grasp it! I'm sure someone will show me somedays and I'll be like..."that easy?!"

Couple weeks ago I ran a little treasure hunt via my FBpage, That was so much fun!

I'll be doing this on friday monthly! So I'm hunting for businesses who wants a free expose to their website, FB page or blogs :) Simply all you will be doing is adding my logo somewhere on the evening, small donation of your items or specials for the night would be greatly received but not required,

Sale Night!

JLKB is having another sale night! YAY!

I have created another sale folder with some really cute stuff, I am trying to clear most non handmade store as I plan to re-open before summer as handmade store~ I am taking quite few months break so shutting down the website over the weekend, BUT I'm still selling via my madeit store~ not as much pressure to stock store when I cant at the moment :)

Normally I would be sewing, But with a healing finger thats impossible! I dont have my kids with me tonight so I'm twiddling my thumbs LOL, Been searching the net for perfect tutorial and adjusting them to create kits for those who's starting out at sewing, I've made it as easy as possible then I thought.... but I've been sewing for quite some time! Maybe what seems easy to me may not seem easy to you LOL,

So... Time for a giveaway! Hello and welcome to JLKB 2010 blog

I'm not much of a blogger but I have been alarmed lately how pages have been deleted without warning~ so I have decided to re-start my blog for the purpose of posting competitions or give-aways that i will have going,

as some of you know~ I have been moving houses and have finally SLOWLY settling in~ the kids however another story :( They are really quite unsettled so that leave me really busy~ There is some orders I am meant to work on but being a single mum is tough when your children routine gets badly interrupted and starts acting and I think the terrible twos have hit the household! No wonder I'm so tired! LOL, i seriously need a helper :D

I cant wait til things settles and i can start creating again!

I also have no internet at my new house and have mainly been relying on my iphone-moblie laptop

so that means i also cant post up my jazzy rose items~ ARGH!!!!!!!!!!! (all the files and photos, info etc is on my main computer) so hopefully the next few days i can start posting more items and release it for sale!

Some of you may notice that i also have a store on my facebook page to make it easier for you! currently it only accepts paypal~ website accepts DD, paypals and laybys!

I will have a very special opening night soon with special discounts exclusively for my facebook "likers" stay tuned for the dates!

I also would love to reach 2000 "likers" before i release jazzy rose! :D so im going to run a comp :D

BUT.........Hello Everyone!!!

I swear I'll start getting into this soon, Got so much news to tell! But I seriously am lacking in the time department, Being single mum isnt that easy to do on top of trying to create line of clothing in time for the summer season which I have decided to bypass winter and jump to Summer, Just not enough time to do that AND deal with everyday life :)

But........... in the next few weeks, I'm going to have so much time on my hands,

I wouldnt know what to do with myself so be hearing from me then!

In the meantime, Check out some pictures I've post of the beautiful Knot dresses I've been making, I simply love this dress!!!!

I also have been starting on my Kids labels in hope to have it released by Summer, I've decided after some feedbacks to call it Jazzy Kidz in the line of it being my name as well as being Jazzy/funky, Cool huh? PLEASE let me know what you think of it?

Posted my label which I would maybe use to create the labels on the clothings,

I've trying to think of a solid shape Icon picture to use as a Banner,

Any idea?! I loved an icon I saw on the handcraft website (which I also have joined.. more about that soon!!! but feel free to visit www.ozhandmade.com in the meantime) with a solid bird sitting on the branch but I wanted something children related... Maybe a child running with an kite??? any ideas??? :)

Hi again, Welcome to my second Blog!

Again I'll warn you I am NOT much of a writer (LOL)

However I thought this would be a great way to keep you updated,

I've been working hard on my new website, with little time I have with my kids :)

Its coming along quite nicely, not the way I wanted it but what i can do with almost no budget! But... I just want to live out my dreams, I'll start at the bottom!
I hope many of you will support me on my journey,

Why am I doing this? Other than what I first mentioned on my first blog is to be able to stay home with my two beautiful yet cheeky kids and not miss out on all their achievements, I have always dreamt of creating/designing my own clothing line as well some days be able to set up this funky Cafe/Kids store that I have been drafting for many years, NOW is the time to do SOMETHING!

I started building up the online store early last year with no experiences, learning as I go along of course making alot mistakes but learning from it, I can confidently say that I am almost getting to where I want to be,

I also have started experimenting with clothing and many of you either have or will see my creations, I would LOOOOOOOOOOVEE any feed backs! Once my webstore opens which will first only open to private members on facebook, *join here* I am seeking some cute pictures to add to the website under winter collection and some feed back for names randomly drawn from hat, I realize the prize isnt much, But I have started out on extremely low budget to try to get to where I would love to be, its what I can do :)

Hi everyone, I thought I would start a blog about myself and JazzyLee Kidz Biz.

My name is Jasmin and I am a WAHM with two beautiful children, Kailey, 4 and Connor, 2,

JazzyLee Kidz Biz was formed in 2008, after deciding not to return to work, I couldn't bear to leave my children so I decided to look into something else I could do, After thinking awhile and searching I came up with creating an online store where I could bring everything into one store for busy mums! I know how precious time is. It can be difficult to go to the shops, and often you don’t have the time, or capability to get out as much as you would like. If you are anything like me, a mum who looks forward to having "Me" time after the children goes to bed for the night, a cuppa and chocolate to relax in front of the computer, shopping at your own leisure, and having it delivered directly to you without having to drag kiddies around the store... *we all know how much they love shopping!!!) who could ask for more??

I thrive on challenges, and as a hearing-impaired Mum, I’m well accustomed to over-coming them, and excelling in my endeavors, just like many other Mothers. I have a passion for shopping and for great quality and affordable clothes for children, so creating an online business was the perfect solution. I love being able to stay home with my children, while helping to provide for my family.

JazzyLee Kidz biz have a wide range of licensed clothes, including many bargains and some higher end fashion lines specifically for children. I’m excited about JazzyLee Kidz Biz, and I’m committed to providing excellent products and customer service to my clients. I am always striving to improve and constantly searching for more!
